Omega Fatty Acids
Omega fatty acids are considered to be essential fatty acids that our bodies need but are not produced and manufactured in our bodies. For this reason, we must add foods to our diets that are rich in Omega fatty acids. Omega fatty acids can be found in fish, plants and fruits such as the Acai berry found in the Amazon. There are 3 main types of omega fatty acids, Omega-3, 6 and 9.
