Acai Berries are high in essential fatty acids & omegas -- 60% Oleic (omega 9) - a monounsaturated essential fatty acid. Oleic and monounsaturated fatty acid levels in the membranes of red blood cells have been associated with increased risk of breast cancer.2 Oleic acid may also help boost memory.3
Acai also delivers healthy omega fats, fiber and protein. Acai contains concentrated levels of anthocyanins, a powerful family of antioxidants that assist in neutralizing harmful free radicals. 1
