If there is a product defect traced back to our manufacturing we will exchange the product with equal valued product.  We do not accept returns on product that is not defective and for it to be defective it has to be traced back to our manufacturing which we will consult with you over to deem if your request is valid or not we can however offer exchange on other products of equal value if you wish, you would simply need to contact us and pay for shipping back.  If you made an order error, we can exchange product for you no problem but you would be responsible for shipping it back to us and the exchange cannot go out until we receive the product back, you will also be responsible for the shipping cost on the new product replacement.  All exchange requests must be done with an authorization form and an authorization number assigned.  Without this your request is not valid and will be denied.  You must email support@amazonthunder.com.   All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Commercial accounts will be reimbursed the $49.99 fee which can be used towards product purchasing once a legitimate tax identification number and proof of your business license are faxed or emailed to us. This fee is automatically billed annually as long as your membership continues but commercial accounts will be credited this fee as long as they provide us yearly updates of current business license status and are in good standing.. If membership is canceled by Amazon Thunder due to your violation of any of your obligations under these terms and condition the membership fee is not refundable. Also if you initiate any transactions after paying the fee or collect any commission the fee is non-refundable but you may cancel rebilling and deactivate at any time.    Additional Purchase Terms Shipped Products When buying Products from Amazon Thunder, you may have it shipped via one of our available shipping options. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses.  We will deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers. All orders are shipped out next business day and should arrive in 2-7 days depending on shipping method chosen. . International Delivery Currently we do ship product outside of the United States.
