Acai and Essential Fatty Acids
Essential
Fatty Acids are essential to good health and are among one
of the many nutrients our body needs. These fatty acids are

(omega-6) a polyunsaturated Essential Fatty Acid. This berry
also contains approximately 30% oleic acid (omega-9) a
monounsaturated, Essential Fatty Acid.
For proper
cell maintenance, you need to have a good mix of omega 3, 6,
and 9 fatty acids to keep them healthy.
Essential fatty acids can help with reducing
inflammation and the aging of our skin. As these acids can
function as components of nerve cells and cell membranes,
they become essential to maintaining healthy cell structure
and bodily functions.
