The following terms and conditions apply to online affiliate memberships and to to online purchases from Amazon Thunder Inc. made through our Internet site at http://www.amazonthunder.com/products.html  The terms "you", "your" and "yours" refer to the customer/purchaser utilizing our Internet site to purchase services or merchandise ("Product"). The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Amazon Thunder.

Affiliate Membership agreement

You the affiliate agree that you are an independent affiliate with Amazon Thunder and are responsible for your own marketing fees, taxes & reportable income and if you choose to create your own website outside of our affiliate program then you are also responsible for all content that you publish on it as well as any communication you send whether written or verbal.  Amazon Thunder Inc will take no responsibility nor be held liable for any materials that you publish or communications that you translate to any another party.  Content that you publish must be in compliance with all FDA regulations & Federal Copyright laws and cannot infringe upon other companies trademarked rights whether in mentioning their name, using any of their copyrighted materials or using disparaging or slanderous remarks about any other company.  Amazon Thunder will not be held responsible nor be held liable for any damages you may cause to another party via your communication or any website material you publish whether on your own independent site or anywhere on the internet.  You are responsible for your own website and communication regulation and it must comply to all federal copyright laws and state laws.

Returns and Refunds for Online Purchases

We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with anything you buy from us. Try it out for 30 days. If something's not right or you've simply changed your mind, please return back the unused resalable still sealed products within that time period so we can either exchange it or give you your money back, we charge a 15% restocking fee and you are responsible for shipping charges both to and from. For an 85% refund of a product, we'll need you to return the box and packaging too and the products must remain unopened with the original factory seal. Mail Returns
You may return any merchandise purchased online via mail provided that the return meets the guidelines described below.

Merchandise purchased online through Amazon Thunder which qualifies for return may be returned via mail.

You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns plus a 15% restocking fee, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card. Allow 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your Product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing items such as manuals and/or accessories.

For product that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expense on the product that you return or exchange.

Shipped Products
When buying Products from Amazon Thunder, you may have it shipped via one of our available shipping options. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses.  We will deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

All orders are shipped out Daily and should arrive in
2-7 days depending on shipping method chosen after the day we receive your
order.

International Delivery - Currently we do ship product outside of the
United States. Please allow suitable time for clearance from customs. This can vary from 1 day to 1 week.
