Returns and exchanges:

We continue to review, test and search the Amazon for new and exciting herbs, wellness fruits or medicinal plants. We are so sure of the products we develop that If you can find a comparable product that has been produced using ingredients that are of higher quality, higher potency, and is free of all excipients, binders, fillers, toxic preservatives and impurities, then we will buy it for you!

We continue to develop high-end exclusive all natural, all organic Amazon Rain Forest supplements that support a wide range of health conditions. We only sell the best which have proven the greatest success in personal trials.

Amazon Thunder, expressly guarantees and warranties that all products developed, sourced and manufactured exclusively for Amazon Thunder are free from toxic herbicides, insecticides, pesticides, heavy metals, and fumigants and are biodegradable or recyclable. We also source all non irradiated ingredients. All Amazon Thunder products utilize 100% pure organic vegetable capsules, as opposed to toxic tablets with liver-toxic glues, binders, or gelatin capsules with animal-source risk and toxic preservatives. Our capsules and loose powders are packaged in super hard leech free plastics and we use only glass leech free bottles to package our juice and pulp products which is the only acceptable way to package juice as it has to be hot filled as opposed to plastic or paper packaging which always leeches because of the need to flash pasteurize and the heat always causes leeching in juice products that are hot filled and Amazon juices always have to be hot filled to kill off all micros.

Amazon Thunder developed products do not contain questionable or hard-to-digest non-nutritive substances such as magnesium stearate (toxic hydrogenated oil), silicon dioxide (common sand), food glaze, methylcellulose, carnauba wax, apple pectin or any other flow agent of filler.

All of the ingredients sourced for manufacturing are organically certified kosher certified, wild harvested and as pure as they can come.

We handle exchange requests on a case by case basis. If there is a product defect traced back to our manufacturing we will exchange the product at full replacement value. If for any reason you feel there is a defect in our products please contact us within 30 days and we will consult with you on this. If it is deemed defective we will replace it for you. Due to the sensitivy of supplement products all sales of our products are final and an exchange only will be provided if anything is deemed to be defective but must be done within 30 days. If an exchange is not worked out we may also opt to refund you the unused resellable portion of the product minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee after we inspect the returned goods. A return authorization # must be issued by Amazon Thunder and this must meet with our approval.

Content that you publish must be in compliance with all FDA regulations & Federal Copyright laws and cannot infringe upon other companies trademarked rights whether in mentioning their name, using any of their copyrighted materials or using disparaging or slanderous remarks about any other company.  Amazon Thunder will not be held responsible nor be held liable for any damages you may cause to another party via your communication or any website material you publish whether on your own independent site or anywhere on the internet.  You are responsible for your own website and communication regulation and it must comply to all federal copyright laws and state laws.

Shipped Products
When buying Products from Amazon Thunder, you may have it shipped via one of our available shipping options. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses.  We will deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

All orders are shipped out next business day and should arrive in
2-7 days depending on shipping method chosen after the day we receive your
order.

International Delivery - Currently we do ship product outside of the
United States. Please allow suitable time for clearance from customs. This can vary from 1 day to 2 weeks or more.
